Cancellation by email works too: write [email protected] with the subject “Cancel my membership”. We will not require a phone call, a meeting, a reason, or a retention conversation. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your paid billing period. A full refund is available only when requested within 24 hours after a membership charge — a refund ends access immediately.
